What We Inspect

We inspect the following RV systems and operations:

  • Electrical systems – Coach 120VAC and 12VDC, Chassis (engine) 12VDC, generator (if installed)
  • Propane system – tank(s), furnace, cooktop/oven
  • Water systems – fresh water, gray water, black water, water heater
  • RV appliances – refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, televisions, washer/dryer
  • Exterior systems – roof, sidewalls, front and rear caps, under-chassis, slideouts and slideout toppers, awnings, air conditioners, storage bays, tires, engines and generators (if installed)
  • Safety systems – detectors: propane, carbon monoxide, smoke; fire extinguishers, emergency windows, GFCI Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, hot skin AC voltage test, tire DOT dates, propane leak test
  • Component Issues – RV items found to be in Fair or Poor condition and needing repair or replacement.  Examination by a qualified RV Technician may be recommended.
